Exchange what matters. The Evolution CX – The AI Conference will bring together the international AI-in-Customer-Experience community in Düsseldorf on 23–24 September 2026. As a speaker, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise, inspire your industry peers, and showcase solutions that will shape the future of customer experience during your 20-minute presentation, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session.

We welcome presentation proposals in the form of a 250-300-word abstract submitted by 15 February 2026.
